WFC Runners - 13th December - Tinsel Trot

14 very brave WFC members decided to embrace the chilly weather conditions for the first (hopefully of many) Annual Tinsel Trot for Charity run by Anne and Rachel. This year raising funds for Rachel’s nominated London Marathon Charity, Crohns and Colitis UK. 

Everyone made an excellent effort to be in festive tat be it full Elf or christmas tree outfit down to a Christmas pudding wooly hat. 

As this was the last formal WFC run of 2018 the girls decided to add in some of the infamous running club highlights including Blue Ball Hill and Bar End road which were incorporated into a social 5km run with a photo stop at the Cathedral.

Afterwards the runners headed No 5 Bridge Street for Christmas cup cakes!  A perfect end to a fantastic year and just under £50 being raised for charity. Thanks everyone for your generosity.
